Hi there,
Not sure if you guys are in any way in charge of this, but I'll take my chances :-)
I contacted the maintainer of this package (Marek Mahut) to submit this package (which I built in koji) as a new package for EL6, because one of my own packages (viewvc) depends on it. I cannot submit it as a new package in bodhi, because I don't have sufficient permission.
Could you please do it?

Packages need active maintainers, not just being pushed blindly out. ;)
I'd suggest (any) of the following:
Keep trying to contact Marek. Perhaps he was just busy.
Go to pkgdb and request co-maintainer acls yourself. Perhaps Marek would be able to just grant you those if he's busy.
If still no answer, follow the non responsive maintainer process. ;)
