mono-ndoc, mono-nunit22, and mono-sharpcvslib used to be necessary to properly build nant from source, but this is no longer the case, and since none of these packages work with the latest mono, and they serve no other useful purpose, they have been retired in F15+.
Please block these three packages from Fedora 15 and devel.
