Hi,
libv4l has been merged upstream into the v4l-utils v4l and dvb utilities bundle. v4l-utils has been packaged for Fedora as v4l-utils, which provides a newer version of libv4l.
Therefor please block libv4l from F-15 + rawhide inclusion.
Note the v4l-utils for F-15 is currently a pending update: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/v4l-utils-0.8.3-2.fc15

Blocked from F-16. Please let me know when the update goes final... we really can't block it from F-15 until then.
The update for v4l-utils-0.8.3-2.fc15 has been in stable for a while now please block the (obsolete) libv4l packages from F15 inclusion.
