Please can I have a build override for activemq-cpp-3.2.5-1.el6

The .so changes from "libactivemq-cpp.so.9" to "libactivemq-cpp.so.12" (was 3.2.3) which is wrong
as they should be the same.

Upstream had some process problems in their releases that was bumping this number
at every release. They have corrected this now so in order for me to profit easily from their bug
releases I'd like to match thier fixed upstream process.

Only one package requires this in EPEL, pyactivemq which I own also.

I realized it's not ideal doing this but it's early days for EPEL6 and I don't wan't to patch the .so wrongly
for the next few years.

I'll make sure the eventual update notes reflect this change being nodes.
