s390utils got retired in pkgdb by some mistake/error and it needs to be added back (both F-15 and devel), but there is no unretire button in pkgdb web interface.
Another interesting thing is that pkgdb lists only F-13 and the now retired F-15 and devel, F-14 is missing.
ive unretired it, set you to owner, and added a f14 branch
