according to http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/How_to_remove_a_package_at_end_of_life rel-eng should be informed about retired packages, so
util-linux-ng is retired for F15 now (marked as dead.package in master branch). The package has been renamed back to util-linux.
Note that the util-linux is necessary to unblock for F15:
FAILED: BuildError: package util-linux is blocked for tag dist-f15
we had util-linux package few years ago.
I have unblocked util-linux in dist-f15. In order to not break the buildroot, I will not block util-linux-ng yet - please let me know when util-linux is built.
I see it built now, blocking util-linux-ng.
