I'm trying to build GROMACS in EPEL-4. However, there seems to be a mismatch in the version of Open MPI that is installed.
The current most up-to-date package seems to be openmpi-1.2.8-4.el4, but only version 1.2.7-2.el4_7 is available in the buildroot.

Okay, at least the correct version of openmpi is installed in the buildroot.
However, there seems to be a bug in the package I'm trying to build (gromacs) on the ppc architecture, so I still am not able to build the package, but this is another issue altogether.
