Is it at all possible tor request buildroot overrides for packages that exist only in RHEL 5.6 beta? If it is possible I would like to have xmlrpc-c-1.16.24-1205.1840.el5 added to the buildroot.

Sorry, our buildsystem doesn't have any access to 5.6 beta.
Also, if we did add this then all the people using epel on 5.x stable releases would not be able to install your package since it wouldn't be available to them. ;(
It will get added as soon as 5.6 is out. ;)
