#4259 request dist-f15-ghc for updating ghc to new release

ghc-7.0.1 was released and the Haskell SIG would like to upgrade
ghc and rebuild all the ghc libraries for F15, so can you please
make a dist-f15-ghc buildroot for that to avoid lots of dependency
breakage noise in rawhide.

Rebuilding will probably take about a week or two,
and then the buildroot can be closed.

dist-f15-ghc has been created. It'll take a while for the first newRepo task to complete.

Please file a new ticket when done with this tag so that we can remove the target and save some newRepo cycles.
