Please tag libmicrohttpd into the F14 buildroot, so that I can start building the depending package fawkes and gmpc and issue a joint update. I have taken over libmicrohttpd.

This update involves a new sonum. It should already have been issued before F14, but the former maintainer did not have the time to make it happen. It provides important updates including removing an internal gnutls which might suffer from security problems in the future when not using the system version (it does not atm, we just want to be extra careful), therefore we want to include it in F14, even at this point. The update, although a jump from 0.4.6 to 0.9.2, is only minor update when it comes to the API, simple recompilation is usually enough (and it is with gmpc, fawkes already received a patch upstream for the new version, as it is using extended features which slightly changed).
