hello,
upstream just released new versions of libtorrent and rtorrent. I cannot build rtorrent for F14 until libtorrent is in the buildroot. Hence the override request.

Bumped soname in a sub-minor release? Seems silly.
In any case, tagged (as it's contained to rtorrent and libtorrent).
Now in updates, untagging.
