nss-3.12.7-3.fc13 is tagged into dist-f13-override. Please let us know when you're done, so we can untag it.
We don't force updates to stable, FWIW.
I also suspect that this broke the buildroot unless corresponding versions of nss-* were tagged.

xhorak, We do need some proven tester's karma before it can go stable. It's not in karma automation so id shouldn't need of all three karmic points. Just one from a proven tester if I am not mistaken.
These have been replaced by a newer set.
