The package has not been maintained upstream for a few years, and the changes required due to Evolution 2.30 API changes are quite substantial. I've marked it as retired for F-13 and devel; please pull 0.0.4-4.fc12 from F-13 and devel.
Hopefully upstream, or an interested party, would pick up development before F-12 reaches EOL.
It already shipped in F13 so we won't block it there. I have blocked it in dist-f14 though.
The F13 build does not actually work, though -- is there a way it can be removed from the repository?
No, because it is in the static Everything repo on the mirrors, and we don't change those once released.
You could create an Obsoletes/Provides on some other package to make this one go away, but that would be a lie if that other package doesn't provide the same functionality that this one does. Another thing you can do is reduce the package down to just a README file that informs the user that the package does not work with the current Evolution and then push that as an "update".
