Packages such as nss-softokn-freebl which are multilib, and therefore both i686 and x86_64 versions appear in the x86_64 tree, are not getting pushed to the x86_64 tree when updated.
This, for example, makes it impossible to install glibc.i686 on an updated x86_64 F13 system via yum, which is a problem.
This is due to nss-softokn-freebl having a gratuitously weird soname.
It can be hacked around if we push a glibc update, but that's obviously a hack.
