This was pushed by a security member. They check that the text is right and push it along, although it seems premature here, and may indicate a breakdown in process.

The way forward would be to quickly rebuild the dependant parts and push them as well.

As communicated with rakesh, please wait until the new libfishsound is built against the new liboggz before building sonic-visualiser

I had a discussion with salimma and we decided:

First I will get this stuff fixed up and updates out, he would wait for his plans.
