#3599 Block python26 from rawhide

python26, a build of Python 2.6, recently got approved for EPEL-5
(see https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=573151 )

This is intended purely for EPEL-5, not rawhide.

I've added a "dead.package" to devel here:
http://cvs.fedoraproject.org/viewvc/rpms/python26/devel/dead.package?view=markup

Please block it so that it can't be built into rawhide, as per https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=573151#c31
