The pkg rng-utils is being renamed to rng-tools.
The "new" pkg rng-tools was reviewed https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=576724 and received flags fedora-review+ fedora-cvs?
and the CVS template was also posted to this bugzilla. However, Fedora CVS has not created the new repository module for rng-tools.
It has now been created. The CVS admins only create the branches every other day or so...
