virt-manager-0.8.3-2.fc13 fixes several bugs, but the most important change is a an enhancement to ask packagekit about currently installed hypervisors (bz 513494)
The first start experience with virt-manager is pretty rough, since we don't have a hard dependency on either kvm or libvirtd, which are both required for common desktop virt usage. virt-manager now asks packagekit about these packages on first run, and offers the user an option to install them. This greatly improves the first run virt-manager experience for new users.
The backport was bigger then expected, but the code has a strong emphasis on being self contained, so if it breaks the worst that should happen is we fallback to the previous sub-optimal behavior.
