This an "untag" request, rather than a tag request. Package
perl-MooseX-Types-DateTime-0.05-3.fc13 should be untagged from dist-f13,
as while it resolves a FTBFS issue, it also drops bits that other packages
require; bits that would require additional packages be reviewed and included.

Untagging this package should revert us to the last known good build, which
will resolve the current "unsatisfied requirements" issues.
