Hello,
could you please reassign whole tcl to jskarvad and tcl-html(devel branch) to jskarvad. When I try to orphan ownership package is returning back to me.
Ownership fixed. This is being causes by a known but unfixed bug -- I've been working on the new pkgdb instead of fixing this but since we're going to slip the pkgdb upgrade I may try to look into the root cause of this later this week.
