Both the F-11 and F-12 build roots are missing the libibcm and libibcm-devel packages even though the package has been built and is present for both dist tags.

This was due to libibcm not being built on i686. I've done a build for F-11 that corrects this, and then tagged it and a build already done on F-12 to fix this into the buildroot so that you can continue.
You'll want to get that F-11 build pushed out into updates.
