I think its because the package is missing the dist-f12 tag. Do I need to open another ticket for that?

Yes, that's what I noticed in koji. There was a mess up when a later bad release was accidentally tagged into the release by Jesse. I suspect that the tag was removed and not re-added to the package when the other one was un-tagged.

The packages that needed the build overrides have now been built and all submitted to updates-testing so the overrides can now be removed.
