Update inkscape to a later snapshot since snap to grid is broken
in current one. Moreover three outstanding bugs (missing dependencies
and missing main window iconwere fixed). Basic functional setting
and bug verification was conducted. Impact of not accepting is is a
severe bug not fixed. I'd prefer not to do a zero day update, since
a later update to 0.47 is planned (which will likely occur aroun a month
after Fedora 12 GA).
