Without this fix, users will think they cannot install anything using the Eclipse update manager. This is very important functionality. Upstream agrees with the "fix" we have and Debian/Ubuntu is doing the same thing:

This build also contains the fix for:

I've installed these RPMs myself and can verify that they fix the above issues.
