• This package is in the critical path (dependency of yum)
• This is just a documentation update. No code changes.
• If we don't tag it, not much of a problem occurs, people just get the increased docs in F12 update or F13.
• mathstuf has tested on F12, I've verified via diff that the only differences on the filesystem are more files in %{docdir} for the new package.
