I did in binutils/devel/ "make tag" and it got tagged by binutils-2_20_51_0_2-2_fc12 instead of binutils-2_20_51_0_2-2_fc13 as ../common was not {{{cvs update}}}d, due to the Fedora Ticket #2781 bug.

Now I get:
