• applet: fix "could not find required resources" error (rh #529766)

• applet: fix connection to hidden networks via "connect to hidden"

Most of these changes are small, isolated, low-risk bugfixes, with the possible exception of the applet fix for connecting to hidden networks (upstream commit http://git.gnome.org/cgit/network-manager-applet/commit/?id=39bf65351dd8d8dc6a5740ff0644999efddad049) that is mostly a code reshuffle.

I believe NM is on the critical path list. The fix for rh #528068 and rh #529766 are especially important.
