#2386 Please update the selinux-policy package.

* selinux-policy-3.6.32-22.fc12
* Lots of additional allow rules that will fix many problems in beta
* Eliminate many/many bug reports and SELinux denials found since beta freeze
* SELinux will break lots of stuff that it does not need to.
* Local testing of packages.
