python-sqlalchemy0.5 is a forward compat package for EPEL and F-10. For F-11 and F-12 (current devel) it's not needed. Please block the package.
Around F-13 or F-14 we may request to unblock the package for use as a backwards-compat package when the main python-sqlalchemy moves to a new incompatible version but that's a ways off yet.
