I would like to dead.package hellanzb (which I maintain) for at least F-13 (F-12 if possible, but it's probably too late). What needs to be done by me? By rel-eng?

(It's basically unmaintained, last release was March 2007, upstream claims to be active (last svn commit was 3 months ago) but isn't even accepting patches submitted on trac tickets. In the meantime I have packaged sabnzbdplus, which I intend to be the replacement.)
