Various EXA fixes, repackaging libxf86config as a static library (same as F11), and undoes a patch to show the initial root cursor since the corresponding gtk bug has been found. Requires pyxf86config-0.3.37-7.fc12 be tagged first, lest update fail.
Tested on the vaio of doom (along with the previous pyxf86config).
