#2084 Tag pango-1.25.1 for alpha

I have been working on merging harfbuzz into pango for the past couple of months, and finally made a release of that today. Please tag it in rawhide.

Why: because the upstream pango for the upcoming GNOME stable release will be 1.26. If we don't tag this pango into f12, we have to stay with pango 1.24 which means we can't do bugfixes, plus the upstream pango will get less testing.

Pango is fairly critical isn't it? How much testing has this build had?

Tested here with a compose, looks fine, tagging.
