There is a information that epiphany-2.26.3-2.fc11 (rebuilt with xulrunner 1.9.1.1) is pushed into F-11 updates stable [1][2], however as far as I checked 2 mirrors [3][4] this epiphany does not appear (although other packages rebuilt against xulrunner 1.9.1.1 already appear) and it seems that people are complaining about this [5][[BR]] [[BR]] [1] [https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/F11/FEDORA-2009-7898] [2] [https://www.redhat.com/archives/fedora-package-announce/2009-July/msg00904.html] [3] [http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/updates/11/i386/] [4] [http://mirrors.tummy.com/pub/fedora.redhat.com/fedora/linux/updates/11/i386/] [5] [https://www.redhat.com/archives/fedora-list/2009-July/msg02514.html]
I looked in /mnt/koji on releng2:
{{{ [jwboyer@releng2 ~]$ ls /mnt/koji/mash/updates/f11-updates/i386/epi /mnt/koji/mash/updates/f11-updates/i386/epiphany-2.26.3-1.fc11.i586.rpm /mnt/koji/mash/updates/f11-updates/i386/epiphany-devel-2.26.3-1.fc11.i586.rpm /mnt/koji/mash/updates/f11-updates/i386/epiphany-extensions-2.26.1-4.fc11.i586.rpm [jwboyer@releng2 ~]$ ls /mnt/koji/mash/updates/f11-updates/x86_64/epi /mnt/koji/mash/updates/f11-updates/x86_64/epiphany-2.26.3-1.fc11.x86_64.rpm /mnt/koji/mash/updates/f11-updates/x86_64/epiphany-devel-2.26.3-1.fc11.i586.rpm /mnt/koji/mash/updates/f11-updates/x86_64/epiphany-devel-2.26.3-1.fc11.x86_64.rpm /mnt/koji/mash/updates/f11-updates/x86_64/epiphany-extensions-2.26.1-4.fc11.x86_64.rpm [jwboyer@releng2 ~]$ }}}
It does indeed appear to be missing. The tags for the package are correct though:

So, 2.26.3-1 is actually the 'latest' package as far as koji is concerned.
This seems to be because we had two epiphany updates in the same bodhi push. I've fixed up the tag ordering by hand and now koji thinks -2 is the latest package (as it should). The currently running updates push should pick up this change.
This should be fixed now that the latest update push is complete.

I've filed a ticket in bodhi for the root cause of letting this happen in the first place.
For completeness, the bodhi ticket is https://fedorahosted.org/bodhi/ticket/341
