repoman has been removed due to lack of interest and the fact that myself nor Chris Lumens are really doing any active development on it and no one seems to be using it. Work should concentrate on yum and PackageKit and possibly other tools.

I have marked it as a dead.package in the devel branch, so whatever collections are happening for rawhide now should have repoman blocked.
