Can you:

Add a epel Component here in the rel-eng trac
New tickets should be copied to epel-devel-list@redhat.com
Add Milestone for EPEL4/EPEL5/EPEL6 perhaps?

This will get used for rel-eng type requests in epel... buildroot overrides, push requests, problems with updates, etc.

I created the epel component and set the default owner. I also granted you (kevin) admin rights here so that you can create and manage your own milestones.
