Latest smart upstream and some upstream patches provide support for latest rpm and sha256 as needed for F11.

Previous smart packages do not work on F11 (due to rpm and sha256 changes).

smart will not work at all.

Several rawhide systems live and in chroots are being updated using this version of smart. F9 and F10 already contain this version of smart.
