Please tag atlas-3.8.3-4.fc11 for F11. It fixes a bug where sse3 insstructions are used for the non-sse3 capable i586 atlas subpackages. This bug causes applications/programs that are built against said packages to crash with illegal instruction error. Fix has been tested to work (by the bug reporter). Thanks.
