When we created the qemu-kvm meta-package, we forgot to include a %files section for it, so the meta-package was never actually created it.
This build just fixes that problem. I've tested locally and it's fine.
See https://bugzilla.redhat.com/497602 - we need this because comps pulls in the qemu-kvm meta-package.
