unfortunately, an user has reported a severe issue with pdftk after the update of the most recent release of bouncycastle in rawhide:

So I have create pdftk-1.41-18.fc11. the build you may find at:
http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=1328876
It will be nice, if you can tag this build for F-11.
