Reason to include :- It fixes bug 497265, 497279, 494755 and 494756
Impact: If without, ibus does not work in evolution, and it has some security problem. The malicious users may snoop users' key events.
Testing: - Just install ibus and check if ibus works and fixes upper bugs

I think what phuang meant to say was that this build has been tested by himself, pnemade, and myself. I believe Warren is also kindly testing it.

Note: The security fix in this build is only an interim fix. They are trying to make a complete fix that is a bit complicated and might land after F-11.
