Please tag system-config-bind-4.0.12-2.fc11.

Reason: dnssec is enabled by default in F11 but s-c-b has very broken support of it - this is workaround, so s-c-b works and doesn't mess with dnssec keys. It fixes bug #496017. I didn't realize it as I was using my testing configuration without dnssec enabled. Sorry.

Tested with F11 - s-c-b works, default keys from Fedora are not handled properly but as workaround s-c-b doesn't replace them (and I think it should be job for bind packages).
