Fix [https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=495884 Bug 495884], which causes network installs to fail since nm-system-settings doesn't pick up changes to the ifcfg file when anaconda enables the network interface. I was able to reproduce the issue outside of the install environment and fix it there, but it apparently needs to get into the compose to be able to test it easily from the install environment.

Don't ACK/NAK quite yet, will get further testing confirmation from the anaconda team, at which point I'll update this issue, and formally request the ACKs.
