Hi, this is a request to tag subversion-1.6.1-4.fc11 into dist-f11:

Changes: this build includes only a build-time fix to disable broken support for PIE executables; there are no other changes relative to the current F11 subversion.

Rationale: the PIE executables were causing SELinux failures

Impact of rejection: svn binaries broken with SELinux enabled

Testing: Sanity tested on x86_64. (the SVN test suite runs during the build)
