Due to the libopensync downgrade to 0.22 libopensync-plugin-vformat must be blocked from >= dist-f11 as it is not present in the opensync 0.22 series. libopensync will ensure an upgrade path. It can be restored eventually when a newer libopensync (>0.40) becomes available.
