I'd like to include this new build of Mylyn in Fedora 11. It is the latest upstream release. There were 431 bugs fixed according to http://www.eclipse.org/mylyn/new/ .

• Rationale: latest version from upstream, lots of bug fixes, strict upstream, well-tested, first upstream release to support Bugzilla flags
• Impact of not accepting: no major impact, just not latest (bugs, not latest features, old version doesn't support Bugzilla flags)
• Testing I've done: I've been running it myself and it works fine. I use it almost exclusively for my bugzilla interaction with both eclipse.org and redhat.com (a few transient bugs here seemingly network-related ... still tracking them down in conjunction with upstream; if anything, there are fewer bugs in this release than the previous 3.0.x ones)
