Hi,

I have updated compiz to use direct rendering when the driver is using DRI2 [1].
To get proper testing of this I would like to have this package in the beta spin.

If it breaks the world, we can simply revert this change (or fix the drivers).
Getting it into the better will make it easier to find this out ;)

I also fixed it to not start at all if the driver does not support 3D (we fall back to metacity in this case).
