We're seeing frequent, though not 100%, cmake failures on ppc64 builds. For example: http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/getfile?taskID=994835&name=build.log
I'm trying to do some more debugging, but it would be helpful if someone could check the logs of the builders during this build to see if any other error conditions (out of memory?) occurred.

Memory usage seems fine here.
Could this be a parallel make issue going on? The error seems to indicate that you're trying to erase something that doesn't exist anymore.
fwiw, tracking the issue here https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=475876
may have to wait for some woodhouse magic.
This has been fixed with cmake 2.6.3-2.
