net-snmp daemon is not usable on F10 (bug #473420) due to rpm-4.6 not being backward compatible if _RPM_4_4_COMPAT is defined. RPM has been fixed, update submitted as rpm-4.6.0-0.rc1.8 (see https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/rpm-4.6.0-0.rc1.8), all I need is this package in F10 buildroot so I can finally recompile my net-snmp. I have few impatient users waiting for the fix.
