Fixes issue where dbus-glib would crash when a service it was tracking quit and was respawned quickly thereafter. Patch has been tested on F-10 latest as of 2008-11-17 and confirmed to fix this issue, seen in an unreleased NetworkManager? build, but could apply to any program using dbus glib.

Tentative +1, but why was new NM triggering this where other things didn't?
There was an NM bug that caused the system settings service to die, casuing NM to try to respawn it, causing it to die, loop forever. Eventually the dbus-glib bug got triggered, aborting NM. This could happen to any dbus-glib using application that listens for service which respawns quickly.
