#1038 Request for inclusion of mod_fcgid-2.2-7.fc10 in Fedora 10

This update, unlike the current package, does not include the -selinux subpackage. The policy previously included in the subpackage is now included in the main selinux-policy package, and that obsoletes mod_fcgid-selinux. So including the current package would be including an already-obsolete subpackage.
